From the day I walked into their showroom, I have been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and excellent customer service of this company and its employees. I first met Vlad, then Natalie and Rachel at the front desk. They were all friendly and welcoming, as I made my selection of a Cambria quartz countertop ("Smithfield"). This design is mostly white, but has just enough lovely grey veining in it to show that it's stone. Alex came to my home to write up the contract and do basic measurements for ordering the quartz. He showed me fascinating videos about America's Dream HomeWorks, a family-owned company, and about how Cambria, also an American company, makes its countertops. Vera was Project Coordinator, and although she's the only employee I didn't meet in person, I found her easily reachable and responsive to my questions. It's clear that good customer service and client satisfaction are high on this company's priority list. A few days later, Mike came to do the precise measurements. On installation day, another Alex showed up with his two assistants and they did a beautiful job putting the counters in place and installing the sinks. All of the employees I dealt with were professional and efficient. They arrived on time for all appointments, and there were no delays. I am thrilled with my beautiful new countertops and only wish I had more occasion to work with this fine company and its great employees.
