This began at Costco with an inquiry on home improvement... We discussed the process with a very informed rep, resulting in an agreement to have a consultant come to our house to discuss the project...Mark Groveman with American Dream Homeworks discussed our options and offered his advice on materials and trends, that was very helpful. We agreed to move forward and signed a contract....He gave us an estimate and informed us that the next step would be to measure and and diagram the exact counter and back splash...We agreed to the design and scheduled the install...We then received an E-mail with a picture of the exact piece of Quartz with the agreed design overlaid to see how the grain was to run and approved it for production....Two weeks later, three installers arrived and the counter was perfect....and the install only took 4 hrs....The next day Pavlo arrived and began the back splash, a two day install that turned out much better than expected with the amount of detail required...Done! Everyone that worked on this project was very professional, had a great work ethic and cleaned up everything.....Am
