America's Dream Homeworks just finished our kitchen. It turned out really beautiful. We are happy with the workers, products and result. However, I do feel like I have to share our project went way over budget. In planning with the designer, I was told the price of the project would not increase more than $5K. I understand you don't know what is behind the walls until they are opened up. But our project went 100K over budget and we didn't have crazy surprises. Some of the budget increase was a few design requests that I had made. But 100K was devastating and tough financially.Aside from a budget point. The crew who came to our house was so kind, hardworking and really paid attention to detail. I highly recommend Vasyl, Vlad and Petro. They were awesome.

Our master bath looks amazing and when we remodel our kitchen, Americas Dream HomeWorks will be the only ones we call!!!We had a few companies come out and give us bids on remodeling our master bath and offer suggestions. When Shota from ADH came out, he gave us ideas on what we can do, what will work and helped us design it. He was amazing!As for the demo and install, Alex and Paul were here every day and they did almost everything from start to finish. Anatoliy did the reface on the cabinets and they’ve never looked better.One thing that stood out was they do everything in-house. They do not hire other companies to handle demo or installing. They were all very professional and our Project Coordinator Angela kept us updated on everything.Our bathroom is so beautiful that we’re going to be disappointed when we stay at hotels on vacation. LOL

We waited 20 yrs since we bought the house knowing that we will upgrade the bathroom when we could afford it. Covid and inflation pretty much extended our wait and when the time comes, the estimated cost was 2x what we expected so it puts the pressure on us to do this right the first time. We talked to a lot of our friends who had their share of remodeling and none of them gave us the confidence that our two most important requirements, quality and duration, will be satisfactory. We talked to the two biggest and well known in the sacramento regions, ADH and KM and while their bids are probalby 10% apart, the reviews and track records of ADH decided for us. Without going into details, the entire process was very well executed with excellent communication from the Eugene (the installer), Alex (designer), Vlad (head contractor) and Angela (project manager). The time line (+2wk) and budget (+15%) was mostly justified and due to our own decisions (changes). I couldn't express my gratitude to everyone involved from ADH especially Eugene. To say that his workmanship and hardwork are impeccable is an understatement. If you have Eugene in charge of the construction, you'll be in very very good hand. All the materials that ADH provided are top of the line, for example, the paint is the most expensive line from Behr. We've been enjoying our bathroom from which design ideas are cultivated from our travels all over the world. Is it expensive, oh yessss. It's the most expensive project/purchase we'd ever made. Is it the best investment in terms of equity and daily life changing experience? Yes Yes. It's an expensive learning experience working with ADH and I would give them 10 stars if I could. We're actually looking forward to our next project with them.

We were so impressed with this company’s competence and professionalism from the initial consultation and measurements to the installation. Alexi, Sergei and Daniel arrived on time and did not stop until the job was completed. They installed a new countertop, kitchen faucet (with some tricky plumbing) and a new garbage disposal. They said they could do it all and they did, thank you so much for our new kitchen.

We hired them to do a partial kitchen remodel. Michael was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in the choices we made. The install crew were fantastic. They were prompt and hard working sticking to the timeline they promised. They listened and made sure the finished product was correct. They even corrected some faulty electrical work that was unknown prior to demo. It was obvious they take great pride in their craft. Highly recommend them.

This is our second time using ADH for a bathroom remodel. During this remodel, we updated our countertops in two bathrooms, and we remodeled the Master Bathroom, removing the existing bath tub & shower & replacing them with an enlarged shower. The initial design phase was handled expertly by Justin, who gave us first-class customer service & great design inputs. The implementation of the design was handled skillfully by Alex & Illia. They worked with both quality & speed in mind, and handled numerous issues on-the-fly. They were polite, respectful, accommodating, and had great attention to detail. We were very happy with their excellent craftsmanship. I could add more stars if I could.

American Dream Homeworks remodeled our bathroom, after doing an excellent job on our kitchen. Both jobs went very well and importantly on-time. Both rooms looks even better than we initially visualized. We picked out the bathroom fixtures (vanity light, shower heads, grab bar, towel racks, hooks and TP holder) that matched their original selection, so it all came together beautifully. Alex, Illiya, Vlad. Andre and all the others who worked on these projects were very efficient, professional and polite. Highly recommend them and your company. Alex and his crew from AD Homeworks came out and completed the job in our 2nd Bathroom. I must say that I had invisioned the area around the sides of counter to be without a sidesplash/backsplash, well that did not work well for me. I took my concerns to Angela. I so appreciate both she and Julie wanting me to be happy, so she spoke to Alex and arranged for him to come out just this morning to complete the sidesplash of the countertop, this was truly the icing on the cake for this bathroom renovation. To work with a company who has your best interest in mind is fantastic and it gives you a peace of mind that they understand the STRESS that a homeowner may experience when doing a renovation!I would definitely use them again!

America’s Dream HomeWorks did a beautiful job on my home. They refaced cabinets and added new cupboards to my kitchen. I couldn’t add any square footage to my kitchen, but with their thoughtful design they made it incredibly more functional and efficient. They also created a second pantry for me in an unused space in the hall between my dining room and kitchen. They added brand new floor to ceiling shelves in the breakfast nook that look like they’ve always been there. The cherry on top was the new wood mantel and tile to my old fireplace.They stuck to their 3 week timeline and their installers were polite, professional and always cleaned up after themselves.I can’t wait for them to do my bathroom!
