I cannot say enough good things about America's Dream HomeWorks. From my initial meeting with them until the end of the project, I was constantly impressed. Osa came to my home and we sat down and talked through everything. I really appreciated that she asked questions to really get a sense of what I wanted to do and also to make me think. And she actually listened to my answers and my ideas. It doesn't feel like that should be noteworthy, but I quickly learned from getting other quotes that it was not always a given. If I was on the fence between two options, she helped me work through the pros and cons and come to the right choice for me and my space.Vlad K was patient and wonderful. He did the technical measurements for my kitchen. When I got hit with a little panic about what I was doing, he was kind enough to sit down with me and walk through all the choices I had made to make sure I felt comfortable.I was lucky enough to have Vlad G as my project manager. He was so nice and so professional. He made sure everything was running smoothly and made it look easy. I am eternally grateful to his attention to detail and how hard he worked to make sure I got exactly the kitchen I was hoping for.The entire team was great! Everyone asked questions and made sure we were all on the same page. I felt comfortable having each of them in my home. I tried to keep track of names, but I'm certain I missed some: Osa, Vlad K, Vlad G, the other Vlad G, George did the most beautiful job on my floor tile and Alex nailed the backsplash tile, Igor & Oleg with the cabinet install, Sergey and Nikita with all the electrical work, the countertop installers whose names I did not get because they were working so hard to install my nightmare of a countertop and Victor, who seemed to do it all. Thank you to each of you (and the others who worked just as hard, but whose names I missed)!Throughout the project, the communication was perfect. I knew what the plan was and what was going to happen when. And I cannot say enough about the attention to detail. The project was done to perfection and on time. I would highly recommend ADH. I'll be giving them a call when I decide to tackle my bathroom.I'm attaching before and after photos to really show the scope of the job done. I have a tiny little kitchen and they helped me get every inch of usable space out of it. The after photos show it after the construction, but before I painted and swapped out the light fixture.

We are delighted with our bathroom remodel done by America’s Dream HomeWorks (ADH) in North Highlands, California. Our 43-year-old bathroom was completely gutted, and we got a completely new shower, vanity, floor, toilet, and accessories. Everything was done exactly as we wanted. It was a pleasure working with a team that was professional, cordial, patient, and customer focused.ADH is a large facility with very precise and modern computerized equipment that can fabricate stone, cabinets, and countertops. I will try to mention all of the people with whom we worked directly but understand there were many on the teams who worked in the background and who contributed to a fabulous effort.Osa, the designer, came to our home in Fairfield and helped us pick materials: shower walls, floor tiles, grout, baseboard, colors, vanity cabinet and countertop design. We had very specific custom details in mind, especially with the vanity. We asked for a lot, and ADH exceeded our expectations.After signing the contract, Production /Communications Manager Julie met us at home and took the time to understand what style we were looking for (vintage, classic). When she left, we really felt she had gotten to know us and what we wanted. Cabinet Shop Manager Iuri and his team custom built our vanity cabinet exactly how we wanted it. The workmanship and materials were first rate. We got soft closing drawers that maximized space while fitting around the sink and plumbing. We were able to see and approve the cabinet in the shop prior to painting.Denys, Daniel, and the countertop team fabricated a beautiful countertop out of quartz that perfectly met our specifications. We were amazed at the result.Renovation Coordinator Angela was our communications link with the various teams and did a great job informing us about upcoming events and milestones and communicating our requests to the team.Finally, we were very grateful to have worked with Alex and cannot thank him enough for a fantastic job. Alex did most of the installation himself and was at our home almost daily. He did the demolition work, did all of the plumbing, installed the new toilet and bidet, prepared the waterproofing and drains, installed the heavy shower walls, painted the bathroom walls, and installed all of the hardware along with the countertop and vanity. He is very skilled, experienced, and precise, and offered valuable suggestions as to placement of fixtures. He removed all trash, kept the area clean, and was careful to protect our existing flooring. He knew the building codes, and the work passed all city inspections.I would absolutely recommend America’s Dream HomeWorks for home renovation and would not hesitate to use this company for future projects.

Our kitchen refacing looks like a brand new kitchen without the cost or hassle of new cabinet boxes. The 2-person crew were respectful of our space, showed up on time and finished a very laborious job in 4 days. The process started with a visit from their design guy. He gave us design options along with a quote. It was a bit more expensive than we expected but worth every penny. Then we met with a project manager who came to measure everything for production and followed up post-project for a walk thru to make sure everything looked right and worked. We received email updates throughout the whole process making it a seamless process. We highly recommend America’s Dream HomeWorks!

Working with Alex from ADH was a great experience from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, always on time, and highly skilled. Alex used protective drop cloths to keep our hallway completely clean. Communication was always quick, clear, and proactive. He was informative, patient and answered all our questions. His depth of knowledge is impressive and when he came to my home, his verbal run-down of all things that could be done was nothing like I experienced before. He left no stone unturned and his level of thoroughness was remarkable. We did not go with ADHW because we needed to get started sooner than later with regard to construction. But, if you call or go into ADHW, it would serve you well to seek his counsel/input.

This was our second project with ADHW through Costco, with the first being kitchen countertops and backsplash.This involved the second bath in our home, which we chose a tub/shower conversion to a walk in shower. After reviewing our options, we determined that we liked what the Kohler Luxstone had to offer. Getting the quality of Kohler with the backing of Costco seemed to be the right solution. Having the same contractor we used for our kitchen countertops was a nice to have as well.Unfortunately, the project was delayed significantly due to our city’s wastewater district requirement that we have our sewer lateral inspected. That inspection led to them requiring a partial repair of our sewer lateral. This entire process was unexpected and added to our already substantial project costs. Anyone considering permitted construction to your home would be wise to check with their building department if they too will require sign off from their wastewater district. With aging infrastructure, this is apparently becoming more common with municipalities in general.With the permit finally issued after a couple months, work was scheduled and went smoothly and was substantially complete in roughly 6 days on site. Our assigned crew, Alex and Daniel treated our home professionally throughout the project. Our Project Manager, Angela, was very communicative and kept us informed along each phase of the process.The flooring material we had chosen was a glue down vinyl from Shaw flooring. They determined that the material could be glued down on top of the existing vinyl/composite material in place. Unfortunately the combination of the two materials lead to the adhesive not curing as it should. In talking to the adhesive manufacturer it is not uncommon when two types of vinyl are being adhered together. So, with the disappointment of the adhesive oozing up through the tiles, I requested a new floor be installed. Without hesitation, ADHW requested we pick out a new flooring option. Upon shipment of the new material, an install for the new floor was scheduled without delay. Alex and Daniel arrived and had the new floor installed in a few hours.Our crew did an outstanding job overall with the project, and we feel satisfied that our new bathroom enhances the value of our home. This was the first time having a problem with a project such as the flooring, and ADHW didn’t disappoint. They stepped up immediately, acknowledged the issue and corrected it to our satisfaction.Our new bathroom with the Kohler Luxstone step in shower, new vanity and toilet (from Costco) are high quality products. Thank you ADHW and Costco for the great results!

This company and all of it's employees are very professional from the office staff to finished product everything professional and all work was done the correct way they did not cut corners like a lot of contractors do. I cant remember all the Names but both I believe named Victor one for my new drawers and the other for counter appliances, both are true Craftsmen. Osa did a great job helping me make decisions during her visit for the estimate also very professional. I am in my late sixties and have never had a project done so smoothly and done correctly in al phases of the project, will definitely be using them again for future projects.

America’s Dream HomeWorks (ADH) did our custom kitchen and fireplaces remodel and demolition in Fairfield; including planning, custom kitchen/entertainment center cabinets, shelves, pull-out drawers, countertops, sinks, lighting, electrical/plumbing, R&R of built-in appliances and fireplaces. Work was done professionally: took a few months longer than anticipated due to supply chain provlems (big custom project with some unexpected issues; not their fault); but focus was always on work being done to our satisfaction. They worked with Cosentino on Dekton and quartzite slabs. Everyone involved were courteous, responsive and respectful; including protection of newly-laid hardwood floors.
