Extremely happy with our new kitchen remodel! America’s Dream HomeWorks (ADH) recently completed our kitchen remodel and they did an outstanding job! We had met with and received quotes from 3 other companies and decided on ADH. Here are a few reasons why we highly recommend them: 1. One-stop-shop - ADH is a full-service company that works with you from design phase to installation. We appreciate that everything is done in-house from custom cabinets, stone fabrication for countertops, backsplashes, floor and appliance installation and even resurfacing for existing built-ins if needed. They also take care of all demo, plumbing and electrical work. Each ADH team specializes in their trade and are very talented, hardworking, professional and a pleasure to work with. 2. Exceptional project management, communication, commitment to quality and effective at managing resources - Vlad Golosinsky was our project manager who oversaw all work being done on our project. It was such a pleasure working with Vlad and he made it his mission to make sure everything went smoothly. A great communicator and a true problem solver, always kept his cool, very respectful to his teams, a perfectionist to make sure things were done right. We had both stained and painted cabinetry in our kitchen. Vlad would have cabinets redone if they didn’t fit perfectly and cabinet door fronts repainted if the quality didn’t meet expectations. We purchased our appliances in advance from another company. When the other company tried to install the appliances, they accidentally scuffed the stone backsplash and scratched one of the cabinets. Vlad said don’t worry and he took care of it. ADH ended up installing some of our appliances and fixing all the issues. Vlad and team made sure to remove any roadblocks and kept our project moving forward. I also want to recognize Victor who worked across all teams to fix any issues that needed extra attention. It’s rare to see such good teamwork, respectful and positive attitudes all working together these days. 3. Always prepared – Every ADH team comes prepared with the right tools and extra parts to get their work done. I can’t tell you how many contractors I have worked with in the past that don’t have what they need when they show up to do work. Just one example, I wanted to install a new garbage disposal and purchased it in advance. ADH tried to install it but the fit was too tight next to the plumbing. No worries because they had a new disposal on their truck that fit. Their trucks were stocked with everything they might need to get their job done which saved so much time. In summary, we are extremely happy with our new kitchen. From the beginning, David Chernioglo listened to our vision and helped us create our dream kitchen. His detailed design renderings really helped us to envision what our kitchen could look like. He spent time with us in the showroom going over all the materials and layout including cabinet styles, colors, stone options, sink style, cabinet crown moldings, etc. This gave us peace of mind because we knew David had captured our vision. In most cases, with any custom build, there are going to be unexpected challenges so you want to work with a reputable company who are experts at what they do and are committed to quickly solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I would not hesitate to work with ADH again!

I was approached in Costco for services and almost brushed him off thinking they would be very expensive. Glad that I decided to book a consultation. Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. I hope to update my master bathroom soon and will consult with America DreamWorks for that service.

I enthusiastically add my 5-star review for this absolutely terrific company. The major remodeling job they did for us transformed our kitchen and master bathroom in ways that literally improved our feelings about our new house in Roseville. We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. You should do whatever amount of research makes you comfortable, but to the extent that customer reviews make a difference to you, know that this customer is an enthusiastic endorser of this terrific company.

I found America’s Dream HomeWorks through Costco when we decided to redo our kitchen counters. We’re in Sacramento, and the company is based in North Highlands, but honestly, working with Phillip has been totally worth it. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. Phillip came out to our house multiple times, always patient and super respectful of our time. What stood out to me is how honest and easygoing he is. There was never any pressure, and he always made sure we felt comfortable with every step. He even opened up the store just for us, gave us a full tour of their warehouse, and had snacks and drinks ready. Small things like that really made us feel welcome. We originally just planned to do the counters, but because the experience was so good, we decided to do our floors and cabinets too. The work isn’t finished yet, but so far, everything has gone smoothly and we’re happy with how things are turning out. Phillip also showed us some photos from a team trip to Alaska, and you could really see that he has a good relationship with his team. It gave us a lot of confidence in the company as a whole. If you’re in the Sacramento area and looking for someone you can trust for home renovations, I definitely recommend Phillip and America’s Dream HomeWorks. We’ve already told our friends and family about them, and we’d absolutely use them again for future projects. - - - Update: I wanted to follow up on my last review now that the work is actually finished. Like I mentioned before, Phillip really sold us on the company, and I’m happy to say the team that handled the actual remodeling was just as great. We ended up doing new countertops, cabinet refacing, and the flooring. Innesa G. was our coordinator and she was super on top of the schedule. Vitaliy, our supervisor, was also awesome to work with. He was really detail-oriented and patient with us, especially when we had a ton of questions. You can tell they actually care about the quality of the work. The workers were professional, hardworking, and just really easy to have in the house. The whole process went smoothly from start to finish, and we’re honestly so happy with how everything turned out. America’s Dream Homeworks (ADH) was the primary contractor and builder for a major remodel of a home in El Macero with two sleeping suites, each with two bed rooms situated at the east and west ends of the house. My brother, his wife and I purchased this to live together in retirement to be near younger family members. The mid-century home was badly in need of renovation, so there was nothing to be done but to start over. The work involved new floors, renovation of three baths, a kitchen, a laundry and the creation of an outside entertainment cooking area under an awning at the back of the house. No room was left untouched. All the walls were refaced to ultra smooth and painted. All the HVAC ductwork at the east end of the house was removed and replaced and new HVAC was installed. There was some construction, including arches between the family and living room and the family room with the hallway. A hallway ceiling was raised and a funky 70’s skylight in the family room was removed. One bathroom was enlarged significantly by repurposing otherwise useless space. New electrical subpanels and breakers were installed. All the windows and sliding doors were replaced, including the addition of a three-panel sliding door exposing the family room to the back yard and the outside cooking area for entertaining. The magnitude of the changes called for extreme care and discussion. This planning is by nature iterative and can’t be rushed. Collaboration is called for. ADH worked with us extensively and patiently through multiple redesigns of rooms, closets and storage areas. ADH has an extensive showroom that makes possible the choice of many materials including tiles and stones and has automated equipment to manufacture cabinets to great precision. This facilitates the process of design and the choice of materials The quality of the workmanship throughout the home is delightful. The tile work in the bathrooms is esthetic and precise, with the tiles being laid thoughtfully and beautifully. The areas of the kitchen with quartzite on flat and vertical surfaces are also striking. The new floors (a manufactured wood) were laid carefully with plugs in the floor of the family room to avoid the need for cords from the walls. Videos seek to illustrate these points. After living in the home for some weeks, small issues were discovered and ADH responded. Family members had undertaken a major renovation nearby with ADH over a year ago, and the firm continues to be responsive even a year later if anything comes up. The home is now warm and welcoming. Skill and imagination are obviously mandatory in a contractor but so is character. We would not hesitate to recommend ADH to anyone requiring a complex remodel and hoping for a collaborative experience.

ADH has just remodeled a home for my family. This was an extensive whole house job down to the studs – new floors, new walls, totally new kitchen and bathrooms, and an outdoor entertainment area that includes a grill and refrigerator. A project of this magnitude requires the selection of numerous materials: floors, walls, cabinets, hardware, appliances, windows, and configuration of closets. All these components come in various styles and colors, resulting in a mind-boggling number of selections to be made. Our project manager, David Chernioglo, was able to skillfully guide us through this process. Aided by a large warehouse that contains most of the components needed for remodeling, he streamlined the process and gave us solid guidance. The most important advice was to have us reconsider our original plan of a partial remodeling job. He was right; we would have been disappointed with gleaming up to date areas adjacent to original construction. After material selection, the next step was customization of a kitchen, bathrooms and cabinets. This was managed by Vlad Kalpakchi. He uses software that provides 3-D visualization of rooms with floor plan and cabinetry. As a cabinet dimension is made the remaining available space for other cabinets is automatically calculated resulting in instant visualization so corrections can be readily made. Vlad is a master of this process, and he can alert clients to potential missteps. The final phase is on site construction. This is where various trades start descending on the project: demolition crew, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and installers of windows, flooring, tiles, quartzite, cabinets, and closet systems. Coordinating these workers, who must sequence in precise order, is Vlad Golosinsky. In a project of this magnitude unforeseen issues arise, and he realigns the trades as needed. He is an excellent communicator and replies to texts immediately. Accounting is managed by Julie Tumanova who keeps a close eye on the billing structure and intervenes on client’s behalf with third-party suppliers to manage returns of products that were damaged on delivery or no longer needed. The finished project has resulted in a home that exceeded expectations and will be a comfort for years to come. The ADH dream team made it happen.

Home Works recommended by Costco. Sent out Mathew to give us a bid which was very reasonable. They communicated every step. Making drawings checking for our approval!! They made suggestions about window treatment etc. the job took about a day and 1/2 to remove ceramic tile and replace with quartzite. It was a lot of work but done well and the two workers checked with us if any questions. Very thoughtful protecting my wood floors!! I cannot recommend them enough for the job they did!
