The job was done flawlessly in one day … the installers worked nonstop from 8:30-6:00pm which included demolition/installation and cleanup. Exactly what we expected. We had 27 year old tile/grout and upgraded to Quartz to include a backsplash and extended island lip for barstools. Installed new single basin sink … installers did every aspect of job including faucet replacement and garbage disposal reinstall. Very professional!

Andrey and his team were the best! I had recently bought a house in Tracy that needed a lot of improvements. They replaced flooring throughout the home, replaced the kitchen countertops and sink, upgraded the electrical outlets throughout the house, added ceiling fans and lighting, added beautiful cabinetry in the hallway, family room and office and remodeled the office by removing some walls that the prior owner had put up. Andrey went over and above and was always in communication with me.

We had 3 showers remodeled for a great price. Dima & Bogdan were really hard workers who know their craft & Angela kept us updated on the entire project which was estimated to take 6 weeks. We have worked with America’s Dream Homeworks in the past so choosing them for our kitchen and bathrooms remodel was an no brainer. Every person from start to finish were professional and timely. Shota was amazing at designing our remodel and make us feel at home when we came to pick the finishes. Vlad was great at making sure everything would fit and made good recommendations. The installation team went above and beyond. Max and Andrew were amazing! They were kind, respectful, and kept us updating at every step of the way to make sure everything was to our liking. Julie was awesome in the coordination of the project and always took my calls and followed up right away. From initial consultation, to actual installation, and completion of project, the entire crew were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Viktor was the one tasked to work on my kitchen cabinet refacing. He was on time, and always kept me up-to-date on the status of his work. I absolutely loved working with America’s Dream Homeworks on my complete kitchen remodel where a wall was also removed. From the beginning with Osa as my designer who helped me choose everything from floors to cabinets, countertops and layout. From demolition and removing all my existing floor tiles to completing my beautiful new kitchen and floors, all work was completed on time. And to each and everyone who worked so hard and diligently and showed up on time everyday and stayed late to complete the project, and were always friendly, caring and respectful to me. My kitchen looks fantastic! I selected quartz for my countertop, but after Alex saw my cabinets (which I was keeping) he came back and showed me a quartz sample which was better. It was close to my original selection yet was more complimentary to the cabinets!The counter installers were professional (and cute-not necessary, but a little bonus). They did a great job. and took away all the mess. They left the kitchen spotless and gleaming.I am having ADH do my bathroom next.

America's Dream Homeworks just finished our kitchen. It turned out really beautiful. We are happy with the workers, products and result. However, I do feel like I have to share our project went way over budget. In planning with the designer, I was told the price of the project would not increase more than $5K. I understand you don't know what is behind the walls until they are opened up. But our project went 100K over budget and we didn't have crazy surprises. Some of the budget increase was a few design requests that I had made. But 100K was devastating and tough financially.Aside from a budget point. The crew who came to our house was so kind, hardworking and really paid attention to detail. I highly recommend Vasyl, Vlad and Petro. They were awesome.

Our master bath looks amazing and when we remodel our kitchen, Americas Dream HomeWorks will be the only ones we call!!!We had a few companies come out and give us bids on remodeling our master bath and offer suggestions. When Shota from ADH came out, he gave us ideas on what we can do, what will work and helped us design it. He was amazing!As for the demo and install, Alex and Paul were here every day and they did almost everything from start to finish. Anatoliy did the reface on the cabinets and they’ve never looked better.One thing that stood out was they do everything in-house. They do not hire other companies to handle demo or installing. They were all very professional and our Project Coordinator Angela kept us updated on everything.Our bathroom is so beautiful that we’re going to be disappointed when we stay at hotels on vacation. LOL

We waited 20 yrs since we bought the house knowing that we will upgrade the bathroom when we could afford it. Covid and inflation pretty much extended our wait and when the time comes, the estimated cost was 2x what we expected so it puts the pressure on us to do this right the first time. We talked to a lot of our friends who had their share of remodeling and none of them gave us the confidence that our two most important requirements, quality and duration, will be satisfactory. We talked to the two biggest and well known in the sacramento regions, ADH and KM and while their bids are probalby 10% apart, the reviews and track records of ADH decided for us. Without going into details, the entire process was very well executed with excellent communication from the Eugene (the installer), Alex (designer), Vlad (head contractor) and Angela (project manager). The time line (+2wk) and budget (+15%) was mostly justified and due to our own decisions (changes). I couldn't express my gratitude to everyone involved from ADH especially Eugene. To say that his workmanship and hardwork are impeccable is an understatement. If you have Eugene in charge of the construction, you'll be in very very good hand. All the materials that ADH provided are top of the line, for example, the paint is the most expensive line from Behr. We've been enjoying our bathroom from which design ideas are cultivated from our travels all over the world. Is it expensive, oh yessss. It's the most expensive project/purchase we'd ever made. Is it the best investment in terms of equity and daily life changing experience? Yes Yes. It's an expensive learning experience working with ADH and I would give them 10 stars if I could. We're actually looking forward to our next project with them.

We were so impressed with this company’s competence and professionalism from the initial consultation and measurements to the installation. Alexi, Sergei and Daniel arrived on time and did not stop until the job was completed. They installed a new countertop, kitchen faucet (with some tricky plumbing) and a new garbage disposal. They said they could do it all and they did, thank you so much for our new kitchen.
