We replaced our kitchen counters, including a new sink, garbage disposal and cooktop. America's Dream HomeWorks kept us informed through every step. On construction day, the entire project was complete in about eight hours, including their spotless clean up. From initial contact to post-completion check in, ADH has been exceptional. Over the course of 8 years, this is our second remodel using ADH. We recommend them highly.

When we decided to refresh our kitchen with new countertops and flooring, we were not looking forward to all the research and vetting required to select a good contractor. After a referral from our local Costco, we called America's Dream Homeworks and the process became exciting instead of stressful. Osa Hall, our sells rep, came to our home and listened to our ideas and then suggested some great solutions. Vera helped us coordinate an appointment with Vlad who made laser measurements to insure our countertop fit perfectly. Vitaliy installed the countertop, and after Paul came and carefully demolished our old plank floor, Sergey installed our new vinyl tiles and we couldn't be happier. George came and installed the tile backsplash and it looks fantastic! David Chernioglo, the operations and sales manager, was also there to help us navigate any issues. We are very pleased with the results and our neighbors have already followed our lead and had their new countertop installed last week. The attached photo illustrates the WOW factor of our refreshed kitchen. We sincerely recommend this company.

I would highly recommend America’s Dream Homeworks as they did an excellent job remodeling my kitchen, with new cupboard doors, drawers, quartz countertops, and marble backsplash, at a great price! Everyone I dealt with, from the initial consultation and design assistance at my home with Phillip, to Vlad’s initial meeting to begin the project and final inspection and touch up; to those who did the work, including Anatoliy, who went above and beyond by reinforcing some of my cabinet walls, applying the laminate, adding the cupboard doors and drawers and adding all of the molding; Vitaliy who put in the new sink, new plumbing and installed the countertops; and George who put in the tile backsplash. I appreciate Innessa who was in constant communication with me from the beginning, throughout the process, until the very end, letting me know the schedule and who would be coming over. The project was estimated to take 2-3 weeks and work was completed in 11 days. This company was a joy to deal with and I could not be happier with my updated kitchen!

Remodeling can be absolutely overwhelming as there are so many components to the process. Finding a competent, reliable and trust worthy contractor is a challenge. We interviewed several candidates and were not comfortable with any. THEN we scheduled a visit at America's Dream Homeworks showroom in North Highlands AND EVERYTHING CHANGED! We met with Philip, Home Design Consultant, who sat with us to gather notes about our remodeling needs. He took us on a tour of their expansive displays of flooring, cabinetry, carpeting, kitchen accessories, etc. There are so many options we never imagined!!!! We met the owner of the company who shared a bit of history about the company. The following week Philip came to our home to better understand the layout of our needs. He presented ideas we never considered. His knowledge, experience and professionalism convinced us to move forward with this impressive company. Our Project Manager, Andrey, led demolition, electrical, flooring, painting crews - ALL OF WHICH were SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE AND ON TIME! We knew exactly what time they would be arriving and how long they would be at our home. The communication was OUTSTANDING! The crews worked quietly and efficiently and all of them cleaned up after the job. We were impressed by their respect and professionalism. The QUALITY OF WORK was O-U-T-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G! The responsiveness and respect on the part of Andrey was also OUTSTANDING!!!! Our remodel was completed on schedule and it is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! When our bathroom pipe burst and it was basically gutted, we weren't sure where to turn. As a research queen, and extremely finicky, all roads kept leading back to AMERICA'S DREAM HOMEWORKS. We loved the idea of a one stop shop, no middle man! They have their own trained professionals and even have their own fabrication shop. They realized this was not a planned remodel and everyone from the owner down went the extra mile to make sure we had the bathroom we wanted and that it all ran smoothly. We cannot say enough about our main installer, Slavik. He is one of the hardest workers we have come across for ANY work we have had done. He was consistently on time, cleaned up daily, and did top notch work, not to mention he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Also a big thumb's up to Julie. She was inside the store making sure everything ran smoothly and keeping us updated by keeping those communication lines open! Thank you Julie! Without reservation I would highly recommend this company. Look no further if you want professionalism and great work! We are extremely pleased. I concur with the 5 Star Rating! Well Deserved!! NEW: We had America’s Dream HomeWorks come back again! We had them do a total update of our master bath this time. As a few years back, they did another amazing job. Our project involved removing an existing bar and relocating it to another room, adding custom cabinetry, repairing intricate tile work, and refinishing the ceiling and trim. Every part of the process was handled with exceptional care and professionalism. Our designer, Shota Shubladze, set the tone from the start. His professional insight, creative ideas, and honest approach convinced us we didn’t need a second estimate. His design presentation was spot-on, and after visiting Dream Home Works’ impressive showroom and factory in Sacramento, we confidently signed our contract. The entire project was completed on time, on budget, and with absolutely no surprises — even permits and inspections were handled seamlessly.
