When you invite a remodeling company into your home, the first thing you want to know is simple: will they show up, do it right, and finish what they started? At America’s Dream HomeWorks, that question has an answer we’ve been proving since 2001. We are a family-owned, full-service design-build firm, and we handle every phase of your Lincoln Heights remodel in-house. Design, permits, material procurement, fabrication, and installation all happen under one roof, with one accountable team. You will never go searching for a second contractor to finish what we’ve started.
More than 19,000 homeowners have trusted us with the spaces where they raise families, host holidays, and start their mornings. We would be honored to earn that same trust with your kitchen remodel or bathroom project in Lincoln Heights. If you have been typing kitchen remodeling near me and comparing crews, this is where the search ends.
Why Lincoln Heights Homeowners Choose a Full-Service Kitchen Remodeling Company
The biggest frustration in home remodeling is the handoff. Many remodeling companies subcontract their labor and offer only a handful of services, which means a different crew for demolition, another for plumbing, another for countertops, and a lot of finger-pointing when something slips. We built our company to work the opposite way. Because our team of designers, craftsmen, and installers all work for the same company, there is one plan, one timeline, and one point of responsibility for your entire kitchen renovation.
That in-house model is not just a convenience. It protects your budget, your schedule, and the quality of the finished work. When the people who handle your kitchen design are the same people who fabricate your cabinets and set your countertops, nothing gets lost in translation. It is why we can say, honestly, that we aim to do everything in-house, on time, and under budget on every project. For a first remodel especially, that single point of accountability takes most of the fear out of the process.

Our Kitchen Remodeling Services
The kitchen is the heart of the home. It is where families gather, where meals get made, and where daily life actually happens. A kitchen remodel should be designed around what truly matters, which is family, food, and the way you really live. That is where we start every kitchen renovation, with how you move through the space rather than with a product catalog. The result is a kitchen that is both beautiful and functional, built around the way your family cooks, eats, and spends time together.
A full kitchen remodel with us can include a new floor plan, a smarter layout that opens up traffic flow, updated lighting that makes the whole room feel larger, a dedicated dining area, and the materials that tie it all together. We take your kitchen from demolition through final completion, and because we are a true design-build kitchen remodeling company, you work with one team from the first sketch to the last detail. We can also coordinate new appliances and the fixtures around your sink and prep zones so everything lands in the right place when the project is done. When a remodel calls for structural changes, such as removing a wall to connect the kitchen to the main floor living area, our in-house crews handle that construction too, so there is no separate framing contractor to manage.
Custom Kitchen Cabinets Made in America
Cabinets set the tone for the entire room, both in how a kitchen looks and in how much usable storage you gain. Our proprietary DreamLine Custom Cabinetry is built in America and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Custom kitchen cabinets let us use every inch of your space, create smart storage solutions around awkward corners and sloped ceilings common in older Lincoln Heights houses, and match the style you have in mind, from clean lines and modern finishes to warm and traditional. If a full replacement is more than your project calls for, cabinet refacing is a cost-effective alternative that gives you a fresh look without a complete tear-out of your existing kitchen.
Countertops and Tile Fabricated In-House
We run our own stone fabrication shop with CNC equipment, which means your countertops are cut and finished by our own team rather than shipped out and marked up along the way. You can choose from quartz, Dekton, Cambria, Silestone, granite, and natural stone, and we will help you weigh durability, maintenance, and cost so the surface fits both your kitchen and your budget. Polished, reflective surfaces can bounce light around a smaller kitchen and make the whole room feel brighter. We also handle backsplash and floor tile as part of the same plan, matching every detail to your cabinets and counters. Fabricating in-house keeps your timeline tighter, because the countertops are part of our construction schedule, not a separate vendor’s.
Bathroom Remodeling in Lincoln Heights
A bathroom should be a place to wash the day away. Whether you want a spa-like primary bath or a safer, more accessible space, our bathroom remodeling services cover the full range. We handle tub replacements, shower enclosures, wall surrounds, new fixtures, and walk-in tub and shower conversions that make daily routines easier for every member of the family. For many homeowners, our one-day bathroom remodel option delivers a dramatic change on a short timeline, which is ideal when you need function fast without a drawn-out construction schedule.
As with every kitchen and bathroom project, we start with how you use the room. Thoughtful design, the right lighting, and durable materials create a space that feels calm and works beautifully for years, turning a cramped, dated bathroom into one of your favorite rooms in the house.
Beyond the Kitchen and Bath
We are a full-service home remodeling company, so your project does not have to stop at one room. Many Lincoln Heights homeowners combine a kitchen renovation with upgrades elsewhere while the crew is already on site, which often improves efficiency and saves cost across the whole job. Bundling remodeling projects this way also keeps the look consistent from room to room.
- Flooring: hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl plank, and tile, including featured lines like RIVA Spain and Cortona Maxx.
- Exteriors: James Hardie fiber cement siding, replacement windows, and door replacement to protect and refresh your home’s envelope.
- Custom closets and storage: wardrobes, garage storage, Murphy beds, entertainment centers, mudrooms, home offices, and libraries.
- ADUs and room additions: add square footage and value when your family needs more space.
Kitchen Remodel Cost, and How We Keep It Honest
Every homeowner wants to know what a project will cost before they commit, and that is fair. Kitchen remodel cost depends on the project scope, the materials you choose, the layout changes involved, the appliances and fixtures you select, and how much of the existing structure stays in place. A cabinet refacing project sits at one end of the range, and a full gut remodel with new countertops, flooring, and lighting sits at the other. Rather than quote a number that would not fit your actual home, we give you a clear, itemized estimate during your free consultation so there are no surprises later.
We also offer flexible financing options to help spread the investment over time. Our positioning has always been premier quality at fair, reasonable pricing. We do not believe you should have to choose between craftsmanship and a budget that works for your family. When you understand exactly where your money is going and one team is accountable for the whole plan, the cost of a remodel becomes a decision you can feel confident about.
Our Simple Remodeling Process
- Free consultation: We learn how you live, what frustrates you about your current space, and what you want your home to become.
- Kitchen design and plan: Our design services team creates a highly functional layout and material selection tailored to your home, your style, and your budget. Visualizer tools and our showroom help you see it before a single wall comes down.
- Permits and preparation: We pull the permits and handle the paperwork and schedule so construction starts on solid footing and stays code-compliant.
- In-house construction: Our own crews do the work, keeping quality and communication consistent from start to finish.
- Final walkthrough: We review every detail with you together and do not consider the project done until you are happy with it.
Every remodel we complete is backed by our 24-month labor warranty, and our DreamLine cabinetry carries a limited lifetime warranty. That is our answer to the question every homeowner quietly asks: what happens if something goes wrong after you leave? We stand behind our craftsmanship long after the final walkthrough.
Visit Our Showroom Before You Decide
If you cannot quite picture the finished result, you are not alone. That is exactly why we built our 20,000-square-foot Grand Kitchen and Bath Showroom, the largest of its kind in the region. You can walk through full kitchen and bathroom displays, touch real countertops and cabinets, compare flooring, tile, and lighting side by side, and talk through your layout with a designer who understands local homes. Seeing and feeling the materials and fixtures in person makes choosing them far easier, and it turns an abstract plan into a project you can genuinely get excited about.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you really do all the work in-house, or do you use subcontractors?
We do the work in-house. Our designers, cabinet makers, stone fabricators, and installers are part of our own team. That is the core of how we protect your budget, your timeline, and the quality of your remodel, and it is why we are not like a contractor who hands your project off to an outside crew.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Timelines depend on the project scope, from the layout changes to the materials and whether structural changes or construction work are involved. We give you a realistic schedule during your consultation and keep you updated at every stage, because one accountable team means one clear timeline.
Can you work with my budget?
Yes. We offer a range of solutions, from cabinet refacing to a full kitchen renovation, and flexible financing to help spread the cost. Your free estimate lays out exactly what your project includes so you can plan with confidence.
Are you licensed and insured?
We hold CSLB License #853669 and are EPA Lead-Safe Certified and A+ BBB Accredited. Our certifications matter most for older homes, where safe, code-compliant construction protects your family.
